The tube-in-tube design of our sample coolers adjusts the temperature of a sample or process stream as it flows through the heat transfer coil.

Carbon Filters

Carbon Filters filter vent gases during sampling. These disposable units are 32 ounces and constructed from Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) containers. Disposable carbon filters are good for one year from the initial service date. A variety of end connections are available.

Sample Cylinder offer a way to collect pressurized samples in a transportable container.  Sample Cylinders can be arranged with a wide range of options including different end connections, and valve styles.

Bottles

Bottles are narrow-mouth assembled with cap and septa. Available in amber or clear.

Caps & Septas

Description:

Our 90/10 septa material is a clear neutral semi-translucent, 45-50 durometer silicone rubber designed exclusively for septas with the outstanding characteristic of very low bleed.

Construction:

The construction consists of .090 thickness of clear neutral semi-translucent silicone rubber adhered to a .010 neutral Teflon backing. There is an excellent bond created to the Teflon using this custom formulated rubber. This bond prevents the Teflon from breaking loose on injection thus eliminating any possibility of sample contamination. Ease of injection and injection life are also outstanding characteristics of this product.
